Bryn-y-Mor Conditions of Hire

Terms: Weekly bookings from Friday to Friday. Guests are welcome from 4pm on the day of arrival and should vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Payment and confirmation: A completed and signed booking form together with at least half the rental (full payment much preferred) is required to confirm a reservation.

Cancellation: When you book this holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract with The Bryn-y-Mor Trust. If you cancel or cut short your holiday for whatever reason, under UK law, you will be liable to 100% of the rent payable unless the house can be re-let for the same period and amount. In this case your money will be refunded less a 10% handling charge.

Number of guests: The number occupying the Cottage must not exceed ten.

Damage/breakages: The guests undertake to keep the cottage and all furnishings, fixtures, fittings and effects in or about the cottages in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the let and agree to pay to the owners the value of any part of the cottage, furniture, fittings and effects destroyed or damaged during their stay.

Availability: The owners reserve the right to decline bookings.

Refunding: In the event of the cottage becoming uninhabitable through fire, flood, explosion or any other cause beyond the owners control, the owners undertake to refund all moneys paid but cannot be held liable for loss or inconvenience to the guests.

Property: Under no circumstances will the owners accept responsibility for liability in respect of any damage, theft or loss of any property brought into or left upon the property.

Parking: There is ample parking and cars are left at owners risk.
